    What I did

    • Test automation — setting up projects, defining the architecture, implementing the tests.
    • Test environments — definition, configuration and maintenance across virtual machines and build/test pipelines.
    • Test analysis — turning requirements into cases that actually catch something.
    • AI initiative — conception and implementation of AI-driven processes, from the initial test design all the way through to monitoring the results of nightly automated test runs.

    What I think

    Eight years of writing features taught me where they break. Testing is the same job from the other side of the mirror — and it turns out the other side is where the interesting problems live.

    Eight years on one product is long enough to meet every shortcut you ever took. It taught me the value of "keep it simple" — the clever solution is the one you get to debug at 2am three years later.
